If you’ve got a Linux web hosting service with our company and you want to activate the catch-all option for a specific email mailbox that you have in your hosting account, it will take literally only one single click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to accomplish that. A catch-all button is available to the right of each email address that you have created under any domain hosted in the account. You can choose one email address per domain name by clicking the respective button. This will enable the feature instantaneously, so all emails sent to miswritten email addresses will be re-sent there. Clicking the button once more will turn off the catch-all feature. If you’ve got activated email forwarding, our system will exhibit a cautionary note and you will not be able to activate the catch-all feature unless you disable the forwarding or you can simply pick a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be configured with several clicks in case you’ve got a Linux semi-dedicated service with our company. The semi-dedicated account will be managed via our in-house created Hepsia Control Panel and you’ll be able to create email addresses under any domain hosted here. To activate the catch-all feature for a certain mailbox, you will need to click on the icon with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each mailbox. Disabling this option can be achieved in the exact same way and will not take more than a click either. If the catch-all functionality has already been enabled for a specific domain, you will receive a notification. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never disable or replace anything automatically.
